Dont know what to do with those herbs?  Heres one suggestion, freeze them. Wash and cut your herbs  into small pieces. Fill each compartment about half full with herbs. Fill the rest the way with cold water and freeze. Transfer ice cubes to freezer bag, pushing out as much air as possible. Now they re ready to drop into stews, soups or whatever you need to use rhem for
